Darcy Dunn starts the first day of her senior year with high hopes. She's looking forward to the friends, the parties, the preparations for the future. That is until she overhears Tiffin Griffith whispering to a friend. Tiffin tells of plans to carry out threats--threats Darcy assumes are directed at her. In middle school, Tiffin's bullying had almost cost Darcy her life. Miraculously, a sweet old lady appeared out of nowhere and rescued her.
Over the last few years, Darcy has learned to deal with Tiffin by avoiding her. But now the bully's words resurrect old fears, and Darcy faces her senior year with a sense of dread. With more experience, Tiffin can be more menacing than ever. And Darcy is sure she's fresh out of guardian angels.
